At Wild Path Leather, sustainability is not an afterthought - in fact it is at the heart of everything we create. We believe that true craftsmanship is measured not only in beauty and function but also in responsibility: to the environment, to the materials we choose, and to the people who carry our work through life.
Natural Materials:
We work exclusively with full-grain, vegetable-tanned leather - free from harmful chemicals, biodegradable, and designed to age with dignity rather than wear away.
Made to Last:
Every piece is built with endurance in mind, crafted to accompany you for decades, reducing the cycle of fast consumption.
Mindful Production:
We create in small batches, avoiding waste and respecting the natural variations of each hide. Nothing is overproduced; everything has purpose.
Repair & Care: We encourage repair over replacement, offering care products, and guidance for future repair options to extend the life of your piece.
Local & Ethical: Our work is handcrafted solely in York, UK, in a small artisan studio where respect for material and craft shapes every step we make.We see leather not as disposable fashion, but as a living material that carries your story. Sustainability to us means slowing down, honouring natural resources, and creating goods that grow more beautiful with time.
