I’m Ana. Leatherworker, designer, and the sole maker behind Wild Path Leather. I started this journey with a clear purpose; to honour traditional leatherworking techniques by creating beautifully crafted, durable pieces designed to be passed down through generations, leaving a meaningful legacy.
Everything I make is crafted by hand — from cutting and carving to stitching and finishing. My passion for leather craft is expressed through limited collections and custom pieces inspired by the stories and interests of my clients. From classic satchels to bags inspired by history, mythology, or literary & fictional worlds, I love turning personal themes into something both practical and beautiful.
The Wild Path Leather studio - where every creation begins — is a focused workspace tucked away in the heart of York, Every step of the process happens within this space. Concept and design, cutting and carving, stitching and finishing. The pace here is quiet and steady, the tools, traditional, the approach, thoughtful, and behind every finished piece is a deep respect for the craft.
